Comfort & Efficiency ConsultationWhen it’s time for a new comfort system, it’s time to call us. Whether it’s your home’s first comfort system or a replacement of an existing system, we are ready to help. Our Comfort Consultants are happy to discuss your needs.

During your consultation we may discuss the following systems and services options:

What to Expect at the Consultation

A Comfort Consultation takes between one and two hours, depending upon the size of your home and your questions. In order to customize the best system for you and your family, our consultant will need to:

  • Meet with all household decision makers at the consultation; we will work with your schedules as best we can to accommodate this
  • Complete a Home Comfort survey covering the preferences of your household
  • Evaluate the duct system in the attic, basement or crawlspace
  • Photograph elements of the current system for reference in designing a new system
  • Review the home analysis with you
  • Prepare a free, written estimate and recommendations
  • Analyze potential cost savings from newer, more efficient equipment
  • Discuss costs, financing options, and any special programs
  • Answer all your questions

What to Expect after the Purchase

Once you have signed an agreement to proceed with the installation you can expect the following:

  • Perform the Manual J® Load Calculation to determine the correct size system
  • Schedule the installation date
  • The day of installation, installers will review your agreement, give you an estimated timeline of events and go over any specifics, such as access they will need to the interior/exterior of the home or times you may need to leave while they are working, etc.
  • Installers will communicate with you so you are kept apprised of all facets of the project
  • Upon completion installers will walk you through the operation of the system, review their completed job checklist and have you sign it
  • Installer will collect final payment once completed
  • Within the week, our CSR will contact you to schedule any required inspections and/or get permission to register your warranty documents (if applicable)
  • You will receive a completion packet in the mail with paid receipts, AHRI documents and warranty registrations
